Netanya stabber to be charged with murder

A man suspected of stabbing another man to death in Netanya two weeks ago is to be charged with murder on Monday.
The police have completed their investigation of the incident, which saw the suspect, Yossef Haimov, attacking a shop clerk, Vladislav Pisahov, during an argument over a cell phone. (Raanan Ben-Zur)
