IDF Personnel Chief: IDF can't act or win without reserves

IDF Personnel Directorate Chief Major-General Orna Barbivai told the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee on Tuesday that reservists represented not only the army and the nation, but "also Israeli society."

"The IDF can't act and certainly can't win without reserves," Barbivai declared, adding that efforts should be made to integrate more women into reserve duty. (Moran Azulay)
