Syrian opposition welcomes Western nations' expulsion of envoys

Syria's main opposition coalition, the Syrian National Council (CNS), welcomed the expulsions of Syrian diplomats by several Western countries in protest against repression of civilians in the Middle Eastern County.

Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Canada and Australia announced Tuesday that they were expelling Syrian diplomats of various ranks following the brutal massacre in Houla over the weekend. (AFP)
