Swiss institute ranks Israel 19th in world competitiveness index

Switzerland's IMD institute has ranked Israel 19th out of 59 of the world's most competitive economies – a two spot drop from the previous year.

 

The Jewish state remained 54th in workforce participation and 49th in cost of living. The data was released on Wednesday in the IMD's World Competitiveness Yearbook. (Alfi Shauly)
