President Shimon Peres sent his congratulations Thursday to Britain's Queen Elizabeth II on her Diamond Jubilee.
"In the name of the people of Israel, we wish you good health, happiness to the royal family and hope that all the citizens of Britain flourish. You represent a spirit of honor and freedom recognized all over the world," Peres' message said. (Attila Somfalvi)
