Gal-On: PM's promised West Bank construction – death blow to talks

Meretz Chairwoman Zahava Gal-On said that while she welcomes Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's announced intention to evacuate Beit El's Ulpana neighborhood, his "promise" to build more homes in the West Bank "deals a death blow" to the peace process.
Netanyahu said that for each home that is shifted from the settlement, 10 others are to be built in the West Bank. Gal-On added that the announcement rewards "law-breaking" settlers and encourages them to commit further violations. (Ynet)
