An IDF investigation found that Jewish teens tied up and beat a Palestinian who was shot by an emergency squad near the settlement of Yitzhar.
The IDF has decided to confiscate the squad's weapons and to open a criminal investigation of the shooters. The head of the Judea and Samaria Division, Brigadier General Hagai Mordechai, has also decided to confiscate the weapon of a Yitzhar resident who shot a Palestinian in a separate incident a week earlier.
