Egypt: At least 39 hurt in Cairo protest

At least 39 people were injured during protests in Cairo's Tahrir Square, Al Jazeera reported, citing Egypt's health minister. Tens of thousands of Egyptians gathered in the capital and other cities to call for a harsher sentence for the country's former leader, Hosni Mubarak.
According to activists, Egyptian authorities withheld evidence that could have yielded a tougher punishment for Mubarak, who was sentenced to life in prison for his role in the killing of protesters during last year's uprising. (Ynet)
