Saudi hacker affair prompts new information security guidelines

The Justice Ministry has published a draft of new information security regulations based in part on lessons learned from the Saudi hacker affair and on the public's response to a position paper distributed in February 2010.

The authors of the draft have instructed organizations to prepare a protocol to address security breaches and post an information security expert who will work with senior officials. (Aviad Glickman)
