Ex-Navy commander Avraham Botzer dies at 83

Navy commander Ram Rothberg eulogized Major-General (res.) Avraham Botzer, Israel's eighth Navy commander, who passed away on Sunday at the age of 83.
Rothberg said that Botzer had led a series of bold operations including the Cherbourg project. His funeral will be held on Monday at 5 pm in the Kiryat Shaul cemetery in Tel Aviv. (Yoav Zitun)
