Lieberman: Kids' stipends should be cut for sake of economic growth

Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman addressed the state budget, saying that "cuts are not the solution."
"We want to produce, export and grow," the minister said during a conference held by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Eilat. "We have learned in the past that the solution isn't to undermine growth but to cut expenses that aren't related to production, to cut children's stipends. Cutting budgets that aid development is the wrong approach." (Ezra Arbeli)
