MK Zoabi: Netanyahu, Barak and Ashkenazi should stand trial

MK Hanin Zoabi (Balad) appeared Tuesday before the High Court for a hearing on a motion to strip her from her parliamentary rights following her participation in the 2010 Gaza flotilla.

The Knesset's legal adviser Attorney Eyal Yinon argued that the proposed measures against Zoabi are "proportional and balanced" and are "not punitive measures but preventive ones, meant to prevent stop recurrences." (Aviad Glickman)
