Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has announced that he will head a new ministerial committee that will deal with settlement issues. The decision essentially grants some right-wing ministers' demand to rescind Defense Minister Ehud Barak's authority on the matter.
Meanwhile, Attorney General Yehuda Weinstein has submitted his review of the legal implications of removing homes built in Beit El's Ulpana neighborhood. His recommendations were in line with the prime minister's demands. (Attila Somfalvi)
