Man who burned ex-wife to death paroled due to illness
A man who was sentenced to life in prison for burning his wife to death in front of their daughters a decade ago has been paroled due a terminal illness.
The parole board ruled that David Nizri should be placed in a hospice, which he won't be allowed to leave independently. A few months ago his daughters and other relatives expressed opposition to his early release, claiming that he remains dangerous. (Raanan Ben-Zur)
