Interior Ministry authorizes closure of some TA beaches

The Interior Ministry has partially approved a request by the Tel Aviv Municipality to close six of the city's beaches in light of the ongoing lifeguards' labor dispute.
On Friday, the Hilton and Tzuk Darom beaches will be closed, while the Hilton Beach and the gender-segregated beach will be closed on Saturday. Next week, only the Hilton Beach will be closed. "Closing" beaches means that no lifeguards are on duty and swimmers enter the water at their own risk. (Shahar Hai)
