MK Abesadze: Michaeli's remarks on gays 'antiquated'

Kadima MK Nino Abesadze responded Thursday to MK Anastassia Michaeli's controversial remarks on homosexuals, calling them "dark and antiquated."

"MK Michaeli is originally from St. Petersburg, which recently passed an illiberal law that forbids any public expression of homosexuality, so maybe it's possible to understand where the legislator's (opinions) come from," Abesadze said. (Moran Azulay)
