Gan Hair rape victim not allowed to read indictment

The state prosecutor is refusing to allow the 18-year-old girl who was raped in the Gan Hair parking lot in May to review the indictment against the alleged rapist, Ynet has learned.

The prosecutors explain their refusal, which contradicts policy, by saying that the indictment contains "evidence unknown to the plaintiffs" and their concern that reading the material could "taint" the victim's testimony. (Naama Cohen-Friedman)
