A 13-year-old boy was killed Friday after he was hit by a car in Karnei Shomron, a West Bank settlement of, southwest of Nablus.
Magen David Adom paramedics had no choice but to pronounce him dead at the scene. The police are investigating. (Raanan Ben-Zur)
