Peres: Time is running out on diplomacy with Iran

President Shimon Peres said that time is running out for a diplomatic solution on Iran's nuclear program.

In an interview with CNN, Peres said the Iranians are continuing to provoke the world, "Assuming the world is made of fools only." He added that he is not very optimistic over the prospects of positive results coming out of the nuclear talks in Moscow. (Attila Somfalvi)
