Beit El rabbi: Talks with government successful

Zalman Melamed, the chief rabbi of the Beit El settlement, said negotiations with government officials regarding the evacuation of five homes in the Ulpana neighborhood yielded "major achievements."
According to him, the government has agreed not to act in the next 24 hours, during which it will decide on the manner in which the evacuation will be conducted. (Itamar Fleishman)
