Gantz: We expect that Egypt exercise its sovereignty in Sinai

IDF Chief of Staff Benny Gantz visited the site of Monday's terrorist attack near the security fence on the Egyptian border on Tuesday. "We expect Egypt to exercise its sovereignty," he said.
Gantz noted that construction of the fence continues. "The work is going on very well. The operational problem is a different issue. The more significant problem is what happens inside Sinai, the terror bases forming there," he said. (Ilana Curiel)
