Rivlin: Peace with Israel in Egypt's interest

"Egypt's internal problems will not allow for the termination of the peace treaty with Israel," Knesset Speaker Reuven Rivlin said during a meeting with Portuguese Ambassador Miguel de Almeida e Sousa.
"I am optimistic about the future of the relations between Egypt and Israel," Rivlin said. "Peace with Israel, even if it is 'cold,' will continue to be a strategic interest of Egypt - under any president." (Moran Azulay)
