State comptroller submits Carmel fire report

State Comptroller Micha Lindenstrauss submitted his report on the Carmel fire disaster to Knesset Speaker Reuven Rivlin on Wednesday. "The writing was on the wall," he said. "When you read the report, you will find a very dismal picture."
Lindenstrauss stressed that the recommendations must be implemented and cannot be ignored. He is slated to attribute "special responsibility" to Interior Minister Eli Yishai and Finance Minister Yubal Steinitz. (Moran Azulay)
