IDF Chief: Army prepared to respond to any threat, any time

IDF Chief of Staff Benny Gantz said that the military is prepared to respond to "any threat" to Israel's security, "at any time."
Addressing the issue of haredi recruitment, he said that the army is ready to enlist any sector that is found eligible. He asserted that the IDF must remain "a national and egalitarian army that respects the rights of each and every one of its servicemen." (Yoav Zitun)
