Explosives found near Swedish nuclear plant

Sweden has raised the security level at its nuclear power plants after explosives were found on a truck at the southwestern Ringhals atomic power station.

The government forensic agency says the "explosive materials," which had no igniting device, were found in a routine check Wednesday at an industrial site near the power plant. (AP)
