Mofaz to Obama: Increase sanctions on Iran

Minister Shaul Mofaz, who met with US President Barack Obama during his visit to Washington, urged the president to increase the sanctions imposed on Iran and advance the preparations for a military attack on the Islamic regime.
The Kadima leader further presented Obama with his reasons for joining Netanyahu's coalition, and noted that his actions could create a window of opportunity for igniting the peace process with the Palestinians. (Yitzhak Benhorin, Washington)
