Russian President Vladimir Putin will arrive in Israel on Monday to inaugurate a monument erected in Netanya in honor of Soviet troops killed during World War II.
Putin has emphasized that his trip is a private one, although he is to meet with Israeli leaders, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, President Shimon Peres, Foreign Ministry Avigdor Lieberman and Defense Minister Ehud Barak. (Attila Somfali)
