Ten of the 85 protesters who were arrested in Tel Aviv on Saturday night were released from jail. Shlomo Kraus, one of the activists, said upon his release that the protest got out of hand.
"People rioted and smashed bank windows. It wasn't deliberate. There was no leadership," he said adding: "The police was helpless. They caught people and put them in a bank. A woman fainted and nobody helped her. They questioned me in the morning but they didn't know what to ask because there's no proof. They just arrested people." (Gilad Morag)
