Egypt's Morsi: We'll uphold int'l agreements

Egyptian President-elect Mohamed Morsi said in a speech that his country would "uphold international agreements."
"We are sending the world a message of peace. We'll establish balanced relations with any force in the world based on common interests. We will not allow anyone to intervene in our affairs," he said. "Egypt can defend itself." (Roi Kais)
