Putin praises bilateral relations based on 'peace and goodness'

Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke Monday the unveiling of a Netanya monument dedicated to the Red Army soldiers killed in World War II.

Putin thanked the artists who created the monument, saying "the white stone dove symbolizes the victory of goodness and peace. Let these values always serve as a base for friendship between our countries." (Paulina Grayev)
