Netanyahu: Looking forward to work with New Egypt government

Speaking to the media after his meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that Israel "appreciates the democratic process in Egypt" and respects the Egyptian election results.

"We look forward to working together with the new administration on the basis of the peace agreement between us," Netanyahu said. "I believe peace is important for Israel. I believe peace is important for Egypt." (Omri Ephraim)
