Abbas to meet Putin in Ramallah

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas is set to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Ramallah, Tuesday.
Ahead of the meeting, Abass said told Russia's Interfax news agency that he hold Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's settlement policy responsible for the deadlock in the Israeli-Palestinian peace process. (Ynet)
