Police Commissioner Yohanan Danino said during an accountant general conference on the social protest, "What we saw was not popular protest, but planned violence and violation of the rule of law.
"Freedom of demonstration must not turn into chaos. I am not ignoring the images in newspapers and on the web. We set up an internal team to probe the police officers' conduct and excessive use of force." (Noam Dvir)
