Iran warns EU oil embargo to impact nuclear talks

Iran says the EU embargo on its oil sales will have "a negative impact" on Tehran's negotiations with world powers over its controversial nuclear program. 

Tuesday's warning by Foreign Ministry spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast follows the failure of the last round of negotiations in Moscow between Iran and the five Security Council members and Germany. (AP)
