Names of Navy officers killed in car crash cleared for publication

Captain Omri Shahar, 25, of Kfar Saba and Lieutenant Rafael Bublil, 22, of Ramat Gan were the naval officers who were killed in a car accident near Rishon Lezion early Wednesday morning, according to the IDF Spokesperson's Unit. Two other officers were injured in the crash. (Yoav Zitun)
