Lapid and Halutz: don't politicize drafting reform
Yesh Atid party chairman Yair Lapid and former IDF chief Dan Halutz who recently joined the Kadima party visited on Friday the "IDF suckers" protest tent in Tel Aviv. Lapid said that Netanyahu is stalling the drafting reform for political reasons, and criticized the premier's declaration that there will be no sanctions against haredim.
Halutz said that there must be personal sanctions against everyone who doesn't serve. According to him, mandatory military service should not be subjected to political compromises. (Boaz Fyler)
