Elkin: Barring solution, haredim will be drafted in August

Coalition Chairman MK Zeev Elkin (Likud) said Monday in response to the collapse of the Plesner Committee that "the ball is in the haredim's court. If no solution is found by August 1, they will have to be drafted without special consideration."
