Lebanese reports: IAF aircraft bombarded spying device in south

Published: 07.02.12, 18:55 / Israel News

Lebanese network LBC reported Monday that Israeli aircraft struck a wiretapping device in south Lebanon. Meanwhile Lebanon's official news agency reported that IAF fighter jets bombarded a wadi in the south of the country in an effort to destroy a listening device that it planted in the area, after Hezbollah had discovered it.

Hezbollah's Al Manar network reported that Israel detonated an explosive at one of the "resistance's" communication lines in the town of Al-zrarieh in the south. The IDF stated in response: We do not address foreign reports of this kind. (Roi Kais and Yoav Zitun)
