Report: Egyptian president speaks to Ahmadinejad
Egyptian media reported that according to the official spokesman of the Egyptian President elect Mohammed Morsi spoke on the phone with Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad who sent his blessings to the Egyptian nation.
The reports claimed that Ahmadinejad invited Morsi to attend the 2012 summit of non-aligned states which will be held in Tehran at the end of August. There is as yet no decision on whether the invitation has been accepted. (Roi Kais)
