Kadima Chairman Shaul Mofaz rejected Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's plan to form two new committees to devise a universal recruitment bill.
Netanyahu said Mofaz had agreed to the move, but the Kadima chairman stressed that any advancement on the issue must be based on the Plesner Committee's recommendations. (Moran Azulay, Attila Somfalvi)
