Report in Syria: Security forces stop terror cell from infiltrating border

Syrian television reported that army forces have thwarted an infiltration effort by a terror cell on the outskirts of the village of Al Qusayr.
Meanwhile, the Lebanese official news agency said that a rocket-propelled grenade was fired towards a village near the country's border with Syria, killing two people and injuring two others. According to the report, the rocket hit a Red Cross vehicle. (Roi Kais)
