Egypt's military council holds emergency meeting

The Egyptian state news agency MENA reported that the military council held an emergency session Sunday evening following President Morsi's decision to reconvene the parliament that was dissolved last month. 

A member of the council, who declined to be identified, told Reuters the generals had not been given prior warning of Morsi's decision. (Reuters)
