Lador not resigning as state prosecutor

State Prosecutor Moshe Lador said Tuesday evening that he would not be resigning following former prime minister Ehud Olmert's acquittal on some of the charges for which he was indicted.

Lador said that the claim that a partial acquittal required that the prosecutor pay a personal price endangered the functioning of the prosecutor's office. (Aviel Magnezi)
