Afghans protest public killing of woman

More than 50 men and women have taken to the streets of Kabul to protest the recent public slaying of a married Afghan woman accused of adultery.

A video of the killing shows the woman being shot multiple times about 10 days ago in Parwan province, north of Kabul. The execution-style killing set off a storm of condemnations from President Hamid Karzai, the US Embassy, the top NATO military commander in Afghanistan and others. (AP)
