Report: Syria downed 2 Turkish jets last month

The London-based Al-Quds Al-Arabi newspaper quote a Syrian source as saying that Syrian ant-aircraft forces downed two Turkish figter jets last month, rather than one as was reported on June 22.
The source said the pilot and navigator of the second plane managed to eject in time and parachuted to safety. Five Turkish fighter jets entered Syria's airspace in response, he said. (Roi Kais)
