Landau calls on public to help deal with electricity crisis

Energy and Water Minister Uzi Landau on Thursday addressed the possibility that the Israel Electric Corporation could instigate rolling blackouts over the next few days due to a spike in electricity consumption.

"The goal is to get the public involved in dealing with the (electricity) crisis," Landau told a press conference. (Billie Frenkel and Shlomi Balbul)
