Blackouts reported in several Israeli locales

Ynet readers have reported electrical blackouts in a number of areas, including Kfar Saba, Modi'in, and Kfar Mashad in the Lower Galilee.

The Israel Electric Corporation confirmed the blackouts but tsaid they were technical problems and not rolling blackouts planned due to the heat wave. (Shiri Hadar)
