PA says France refusing to hand over Arafat's medical report

Dr. Abdullah Bashir, who heads the medical committee investigating the death of Yasser Arafat, claimed Thursday at a press conference in Ramallah that Arafat had been poisoned by an unknown substance.

Bashir said that the report submitted to the Palestinian Authority by the French hospital where Arafat died was incomplete and that its staff was refusing to submit the full report to the committee. The PA justice minister added that his office had not received any request to take samples from Arafat's remains for testing. (Elior Levy)
