Legal distinction between haredi, Zionist yeshivas approved

The Ministerial Committee for Legislative Affairs approved on Sunday a bill by MKs Zevulun Orlev, Uri Orbach, and Yariv Levin declaring that the state must make a legal distinction between religious Zionist "high yeshivas" and haredi yeshivas. Orlev wrote the bill in preparation for the legislation expected to replace the Tal Law. (Moran Azulay)
