MK Ahmad Tibi (United Arab List-Ta'al) tore a photo of deceased ultra-right Rabbi Meir Kahane while addressing the Knesset plenum.
The incident came a day after MK Michael Ben Ari (National Union) tore a copy of The New Testament. Knesset Speaker Reuven Rivlin had Tibi removed from the stand. (Moran Azulay)
